1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EzPz.my ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Listings and Transactions

3.1 Listing Content

Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings. All listings must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with applicable laws.

3.2 Prohibited Content

You may not list or sell:

  • Stolen or illegally obtained items
  • Counterfeit or replica items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items that infringe intellectual property rights
  • Services that are illegal in Malaysia

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

EzPz.my acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

4. Managed Service Disclosure (Concierge)

How Our Concierge Service Works

  • Escrow Protection: All service payments are held securely until the job is verified complete by both parties.
  • Admin Mediation: EzPz.my acts as an intermediary. Direct contact with vendors outside the platform for managed services is prohibited.
  • Auto-Approval: Jobs are automatically marked complete 7 days after service delivery if no dispute is raised by the customer.
  • Dispute Window: All disputes must be raised within 7 days of service completion through our platform.
  • Resolution Process: Our admin team will review all disputes and make a fair determination within 3-5 business days.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Synergik Group Sdn Bhd (Co. No.: 202301034170), operating as EzPz.my, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzPz.my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EzPz.my and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
