Ad Posting Rules

1. Who may publish

• All sellers must use accurate identity and contact details. EzPz may request verification before publishing, renewing, boosting, or receiving enquiries.
• Car sellers must be able to substantiate their right to advertise the vehicle. Dealers may be asked for business-registration details and supporting vehicle documentation.
• Property agents, agencies, developers, and owners must provide the information and evidence required for their role. Agents must not misrepresent registration, agency authority, ownership, or availability.

2. Accurate listings

• Use the correct category, property type, make, model, location, price, condition, and key facts.
• Photos, floor plans, videos, and descriptions must fairly represent the actual vehicle or property. Do not use copied, misleading, edited, or unrelated media without permission.
• Do not use bait pricing, fake discounts, false availability, unverifiable claims, or words intended to mislead a buyer or tenant.
• Clearly identify material limitations, charges, and conditions that a reasonable buyer, renter, or enquirer should know before contacting you.

3. Duplicates, spam, and contact details

• Publish one active listing for the same vehicle or property unless EzPz has approved another format or campaign. Do not delete and repost an item to create artificial visibility.
• Do not put phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, URLs, QR codes, or misleading contact prompts in the title, description, or images when they bypass the Platform's enquiry controls.
• Use the Platform's enquiry, lead, or approved WhatsApp handoff controls where available. Never pressure an enquirer to send money or identity documents outside an agreed, verifiable process.

4. Prohibited content

• Fraud, impersonation, stolen content, false documents, unsafe or unlawful goods or services, discriminatory or harassing content, and scams.
• Content that infringes another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or confidentiality.
• Attempts to manipulate reviews, search ranking, moderation, credits, reporting, or platform security.

5. Review and enforcement

We may ask for edits or evidence, reject or remove a listing, restrict promotion tools, suspend an account, or report a matter where appropriate. We consider the seriousness, evidence, user safety, prior conduct, and legal obligations. Where practical, we provide the reason and a route to request review; urgent fraud, safety, or legal action may be taken immediately.

6. Report a listing or ask a question

Use the listing's report option for a suspected scam, inaccurate listing, copied content, or safety concern. For policy questions, contact moderation@ezpz.my.

7. Policy issuer
