EzPz Service Protection
For eligible managed-service bookings, EzPz provides a booking, payment-review, and dispute-handling process. It is not insurance, a workmanship warranty, or a guarantee that every issue will qualify for a refund.
What The Process Covers
- an accepted quote and documented booking scope;
- vendor review before an eligible vendor receives work;
- booking updates and completion evidence where available; and
- a route to raise a hold, dispute, or support request before payment release is decided.
If A Service Has A Problem
Do not confirm completion if the accepted scope is incomplete or disputed. Open an issue from the booking and provide clear photos, notes, and other relevant evidence. EzPz reviews the record and may determine rework, cancellation, a full or partial refund, payout release, or another documented outcome based on the case and applicable law.
Important Limits
Service Protection does not replace insurance and does not automatically cover property damage, consequential loss, lost income, off-platform payments, pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, or unsupported claims. See the Terms and Refund Policy for the current terms.
