Online Payment Availability
Online service payment is disabled while EzPz completes its payment-provider onboarding. You can still request a service, receive an EzPz quotation and ask for scope changes, but you cannot accept or pay for a quotation online yet.
How The Enabled Flow Will Work
- Synergik Group Sdn. Bhd., trading as EzPz, issues the customer quotation as the principal contractor.
- The customer pays only through the payment page linked from the authenticated EzPz booking.
- EzPz creates the booking only after independent provider confirmation.
- The customer reviews the completed work and either certifies completion or raises an issue.
- An approved refund is returned through the recorded refund process. It is never converted into ad credits.
EzPz does not offer a customer wallet, reusable service balance, e-money product, insurance policy or regulated escrow service. Never send card details, bank credentials or identity documents through chat, WhatsApp or email.
