What is EzPz.my?v
EzPz.my connects customers with verified service vendors, car sellers, and property agents in Malaysia. Services are managed through EzPz requests and quotes, while cars and properties are lead-generation listings at launch.
Is EzPz free to use?v
EzPz is free for customers to browse, search, and request quotes. Customers pay only when accepting a paid service quote or using paid marketplace features. Vendors and sellers may pay commissions or listing promotion fees.
How is EzPz different from a normal directory?v
EzPz coordinates service intake, vendor quote collection, payment protection, completion review, and dispute handling. For cars and properties, EzPz helps users discover listings and contact the seller or agent directly.

How do I request a service?v
Choose a service category, describe your job, add location and preferred schedule, then submit the request. EzPz collects vendor quotes for you to review before you accept and pay.
Who performs the work?v
Independent vendors perform the work. EzPz coordinates the request, quote flow, payment protection, support, and dispute process, but vendors remain responsible for how the work is carried out.
Can EzPz request services through Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant?v
Easy Peasy external assistants are not generally available yet. EzPz currently supports in-app or browser voice input where available. When account-linked Alexa, Siri, or Android assistant features are enabled, they can only create a review-required service draft or show the latest request status. Quote acceptance, payment, refunds, disputes, cancellations, and payouts always stay inside authenticated EzPz web or mobile flows.

What is EzPz Managed Payment?v
EzPz Managed Payment is the service payment protection flow for eligible managed service bookings. You pay through supported checkout methods, the job is tracked through completion review, and released jobs move to scheduled vendor payout.
What happens if I am not satisfied?v
Raise a dispute promptly with evidence such as photos, messages, and a clear explanation. EzPz support reviews the case and may decide refund, partial refund, rework, or release depending on the evidence and policy.
Does Service Protection cover property damage?v
No. Service Protection is not insurance. At launch it does not compensate property damage, consequential loss, lost income, sentimental value, pre-existing damage, customer-supplied item or material failure, or off-platform payments.
How are refunds processed?v
Eligible service refunds return to the original payment method. EzPz does not issue reusable customer balances for managed service payments.
When do vendors get paid?v
After completion review and release, eligible vendor earnings move into payout statements and scheduled payout processing. Vendors receive scheduled payouts rather than using a customer-facing balance withdrawal flow.
Listings Cars and Properties
Does EzPz hold car or property deposits?v
No. Cars and properties are lead-generation flows at launch. EzPz does not hold purchase deposits, tenancy deposits, earnest deposits, car down payments, or property transaction funds.
Can I list my car or property?v
Yes. Create an account, submit your listing details, and wait for review where required. Sellers can use listing promotion tools to improve visibility.
Credits Credits and Referrals
Can customers preload funds for services?v
No. Customers do not preload funds for managed services. Managed services are paid through the supported managed service checkout flow.
What are listing credits?v
Listing and advertising credits are for seller promotion tools such as bumps, featured placement, refreshes, and promoted listing slots. They cannot be used for services, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
How will referrals work?v
Referral mechanics are still being finalized. EzPz will only enable rewards with clear expiry rules, fraud controls, and non-cash treatment where applicable.
