What is EzPz.my?⌄
EzPz.my helps customers request services and compare vendor quotations, while cars and properties are listing marketplaces where users contact sellers or agents directly.
Is EzPz free to use?⌄
EzPz is free for customers to browse, search, and request quotations. Online quotation acceptance, service payment, and paid marketplace features are temporarily unavailable.
How is EzPz different from a normal directory?⌄
EzPz coordinates service intake, vendor quotation collection, request records, and support escalation. For cars and properties, EzPz helps users discover listings and contact the seller or agent directly.
Tools Services
How do I request a service?⌄
Choose a service category, describe your job, add location and preferred schedule, then submit the request. EzPz collects vendor quotations for review; online acceptance and payment are temporarily unavailable.
Who performs the work?⌄
Independent vendors perform the work. EzPz coordinates the request and quote flow, while vendors remain responsible for their work, licences, personnel, safety, and legal obligations.
Can EzPz request services through Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant?⌄
Easy Peasy external assistants are not generally available yet. EzPz currently supports in-app or browser voice input where available. When account-linked Alexa, Siri, or Android assistant features are enabled, they can only create a review-required service draft or show the latest request status. Quote acceptance, customer payment, refunds, disputes, cancellations, and supplier-payment decisions always stay inside authenticated EzPz web or mobile flows.
Shield Online Payment Availability
Can I pay for a service through EzPz now?⌄
No. Online quote acceptance, customer collection, advertising-credit purchases, customer refunds, and supplier payments are temporarily unavailable during the current public web release.
What happens if I am not satisfied?⌄
For a service-request or quotation issue, contact EzPz Support with the request reference and relevant evidence. Payment remedies do not apply because new online payments are disabled.
Does EzPz insure service work or property damage?⌄
EzPz does not provide insurance. Ask vendors to identify any applicable insurance and exclusions in their quotation.
How are refunds processed?⌄
Refund automation is disabled. Contact support regarding any older transaction; EzPz does not issue reusable customer balances.
When do vendors get paid?⌄
Supplier payments are disabled. When enabled, Synergik will pay approved supplier invoices through the recorded accounts-payable process; there is no supplier wallet or self-withdrawal flow.
Listings Cars and Properties
Does EzPz hold car or property deposits?⌄
No. Cars and properties are lead-generation flows at launch. EzPz does not hold purchase deposits, tenancy deposits, earnest deposits, car down payments, or property transaction funds.
Can I list my car or property?⌄
Yes. Create an account, submit clear listing details, and wait for review where required. Paid listing promotions are temporarily unavailable.
Credits Credits and Referrals
Can customers preload funds for services?⌄
No. EzPz does not provide a stored-value customer balance, and online service payments are currently disabled.
What are listing credits?⌄
Listing and advertising credits are for seller promotion tools such as bumps, featured placement, refreshes, and promoted listing slots. They cannot be used for services, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
How will referrals work?⌄
Referral mechanics are still being finalized. EzPz will only enable rewards with clear expiry rules, fraud controls, and non-cash treatment where applicable.
