Escrow payment means your money is held securely by EzPz — not by the vendor — until you confirm the job is complete. When you book a service, your payment goes into a Stripe-powered escrow account. After the vendor completes the work, you tap 'Job Done' to release payment. If anything goes wrong, you can raise a dispute for a full or partial refund.

You can raise a dispute within 48 hours of job completion. EzPz's support team reviews every case within 24 hours. Outcomes include a full refund, partial refund, or having the vendor redo the work at no extra cost. Your money stays in escrow until the dispute is resolved.

EzPz accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, and FPX online banking through our Stripe-powered payment system. All payment data is encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.

If a vendor no-shows, you receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. No dispute needed — the system handles it automatically.

Yes. EzPz verifies car sellers with SSM business registration checks. You can contact sellers directly via WhatsApp, view detailed vehicle specs and photos, and compare prices across listings. We recommend always doing a physical inspection and test drive before purchasing.

Create a free account on EzPz.my, go to 'List Property', and fill in your property details including photos, specs, price, and location. Your listing goes live after a brief review. Both private owners and REN-registered agents can list properties.

Register at ezpz.my/register with your business details, SSM registration number (if applicable), and professional licenses. Our team verifies your credentials within 1-3 business days. Once approved, you can start receiving job requests from customers in your area.

Vendors are scored weekly on a 0-100 scale based on four factors: response time (how quickly you accept/decline jobs), completion rate (percentage of jobs completed successfully), customer reviews (average star rating), and dispute history (number of disputes vs completed jobs). Higher scores get more visibility and priority matching.

Vendors receive payment within 24 hours after the customer confirms job completion by tapping 'Job Done' in the app. Funds are transferred from escrow to the vendor's registered bank account. For renovation projects with milestone payments, each milestone is released individually upon customer approval.
