Credits and Service Payment Notice

EzPz does not use preloaded customer balances or reusable credits for managed service payments.

Service Payments

For service requests during the current web release:

• You may review vendor quotations.
• Online quotation acceptance and service payment are disabled.
• EzPz does not create a customer wallet or reusable payment balance.
• Automated refunds and releases are disabled.

Seller Credits Are Separate

Seller/ad credits are only for listing promotions such as bumps, featured placement, highlights, urgent badges, promoted slots, and lead unlocks.

Seller/ad credits:

• are not cash balances;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• cannot be used to pay for services;
• are not stored-value service balances.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pre-load a customer balance for services? No. EzPz does not offer a customer stored-value balance, and online service checkout is currently disabled.

Can credits pay for services? No. Credits are only for ads/listings/promotions.

Where do refunds go? Contact EzPz Support regarding an older transaction. New automated refunds are disabled.
