How Managed-Service Payments Work
For eligible managed-service bookings, the payment provider processes your payment and EzPz records the booking-specific payment and review state. EzPz does not offer a customer wallet, e-money product, insurance policy, or a general escrow service.
Booking Flow
- Choose an accepted quote in EzPz.
- Review the scope and checkout terms, then pay using a supported method.
- The vendor performs the documented scope.
- Confirm completion, raise an issue, or follow the status shown in your booking.
Where an automatic release process is enabled, the booking screen states the applicable eligibility conditions. A dispute, refund review, payment anomaly, or administrative hold can pause a release decision.
Refunds And Disputes
Raise an issue through the booking before you confirm completion where possible. EzPz reviews the available evidence and may determine rework, cancellation, full or partial refund, or payout release. Any refund is sent to the original payment method where supported and is complete only when the provider status confirms it.
