How To Become A Service Vendor
EzPz service vendors are independent professionals or businesses that provide approved services to customers.
Who Can Apply
Individuals, tradespeople, and service businesses can apply where the category and area are supported. You must be able to provide accurate business or identity information, relevant service categories, coverage areas, and any documents required for your trade.
Application Steps
- Create a normal EzPz customer account.
- Start the vendor application from your profile.
- Select every service category and service item you provide, along with your coverage areas and availability.
- Upload the required identity, business, licence, trade, or category documents.
- Accept the Terms, Privacy Notice / PDPA Notice, and Vendor Agreement.
- Submit for review and respond to any follow-up request.
Approval is required before vendor job access. EzPz may approve, reject, suspend, or request more information based on compliance, category requirements, safety, capacity, and operating coverage.
After Approval
Keep your profile, documents, availability, service areas, and offered services current. Submit clear quotes, perform only the accepted scope, use documented change orders for extra work, and keep completion evidence accurate.
The commission, fees, and payout amount for an eligible job are recorded in the accepted quote, job, and payout statement. Do not rely on a universal percentage or payout timing.
