Using the EzPz Voice AI Assistant

Learn how to link your EzPz account to Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to request services completely hands-free.

1. What can you do with Voice?

Our integration allows you to interact with the EzPz Concierge backend via smart speakers or your mobile phone. You can:

  • Book Services: Request anything from property solicitors to house cleaners.
  • Check Status: Ask for updates on pending or accepted requests.
  • Wallet Balance: Securely check how much credits you have left.
  • Cancel Requests: Cancel a pending request if you change your mind.

2. How to link Amazon Alexa

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa App on your iPhone or Android device.
  2. Navigate to More > Skills & Games.
  3. Tap the search icon and search for "EzPz Concierge".
  4. Tap Enable to Use.
  5. You will be redirected to the secure EzPz login screen. Log in using your email/password or Google account as usual.
  6. Tap Proceed & Link Account to securely grant Alexa permission to access your profile.
  7. Once successful, try saying: "Alexa, ask Ez Pz what is my wallet balance."

3. How to link Google Assistant

  1. Open the Google Assistant App or Google Home App.
  2. Say or type: "Talk to Ez Pz".
  3. Google Assistant will ask you to link your account before proceeding. Tap the link card shown in the Assistant UI.
  4. Log in using your secure EzPz credentials.
  5. Once complete, try saying: "Hey Google, ask Ez Pz to book a plumber for tomorrow."

Security & Privacy

By linking your accounts, your voice Assistant will be able to perform actions on your behalf (such as booking services). We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 to securely link your accounts, meaning Alexa and Google never see your EzPz password. You can revoke this access at any time from your EzPz Account Settings.
