When you are looking at the Cars or Properties list, click the Filter button. You can tell the system exactly what you want:

Where are you? Pick your state or city (like "Petaling Jaya").
What's your budget? Set your minimum and maximum price so you don't waste time looking at things you can't afford.
Specific Details: Want a car with low mileage? A house that is fully furnished? Just click the buttons!

Sellers can put special stickers on their Ads so you see them faster:

Urgent 🚨: The seller wants to sell this today. This usually means you can negotiate a really good discount!
Highlight ✨: The ad has a bright background so it catches your eye.
Top Ad 🔥: The seller paid extra to lock this Ad at the very top of page 1. They are serious about selling!
