Account Roles on EzPz
Welcome to EzPz! We've built an all-in-one platform where you can buy services, sell cars, list properties, and act as a service vendor—all from a single account.
How Roles Work
When you first sign up, your account has the Customer role. It allows you to browse listings, submit service requests, and manage your account.
If you want to do more on EzPz, you can add additional roles to your account.
Available Roles
| Role | What It Does | How to Get It |
|---|---|---|
| Customer | Browse listings, submit service requests, and manage enquiries. | Automatically assigned on signup. |
| Service Vendor | Receive eligible supplier-quotation opportunities. Online customer collection and supplier payment are temporarily unavailable. | Tap "Become a Pro" from your dashboard and complete verification. |
| Car Seller | Create and manage car listings. | Create a listing and complete the required account and listing review. |
| Property Seller | Create and manage sale or rental listings. | Create a listing and complete the required account and listing review. |
You may hold more than one role when each role's requirements have been completed.
Switching Dashboards
Since you can hold multiple roles, you have multiple dashboards. You do not need to log out and log back in to switch between them.
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right menu.
- Select the dashboard you want to view:
- My Dashboard (Customer workspace)
- Vendor Hub (If you are a Service Vendor)
- Seller Hub (If you sell cars or properties)
Your supplier payables, active jobs, listing credits, and listings are kept in separate dashboards so each record has one clear purpose and status.
Need Help With Your Role?
If you submitted a service-vendor application and the Vendor Hub is not available yet, the application may still be under review. Review time depends on the information and documents required for your category.
