Managing Your Roles on EzPz
Welcome to EzPz! We've built an all-in-one platform where you can buy services, sell cars, list properties, and act as a service vendor—all from a single account.
How Roles Work
When you first sign up for EzPz, your account has the Customer role. This is the foundation of every account and allows you to browse listings, hire vendors, and manage your Life Admin dashboard.
If you want to do more on EzPz, you can add additional roles to your account.
Available Roles
| Role | What It Does | How to Get It |

| Customer | Book services, buy cars/property, chat. | Automatically assigned on signup. |
| Service Vendor | Receive eligible quotation opportunities. Online payment and payout are temporarily unavailable. | Tap "Become a Pro" from your dashboard and complete verification. |
| Car Seller | List your car for sale, boost visibility. | Verified instantly when you create your first car listing. |
| Property Seller | List real estate for sale/rent. | Verified instantly when you create your first property listing. |
Note: You can be a Service Vendor AND a Car Seller at the same time. There's no limit to how many roles you can hold!
Switching Dashboards
Since you can hold multiple roles, you have multiple dashboards. You do not need to log out and log back in to switch between them.
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right menu.
- Select the dashboard you want to view:
- My Profile (Customer Dashboard)
- Vendor Hub (If you are a Service Vendor)
- Seller Hub (If you sell cars or properties)
Your payouts, active jobs, seller credits, and listings are kept neatly separated in their respective dashboards so you always know exactly what you're managing.
Need Help With Your Role?
If you submitted an application to become a Service Vendor but your dashboard hasn't unlocked yet, it means our Admin Team is still verifying your business details (SSM, IC, etc.). This usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
