Life Admin — Manage Your Important Documents
Life Admin is your personal document hub inside EzPz. Store your vehicle's road tax, insurance, car grant, and other important renewal dates — and we'll remind you before they expire so you're never caught off guard.
Getting Started
- From your EzPz dashboard, tap your Profile Avatar and select Dashboard.
- Navigate to the "My Assets" tab.
- Tap + Add Asset to register your first vehicle or document.
What You Can Track
| Asset Type | What EzPz Monitors |

| 🚗 Vehicle | Road tax (Roadtax) renewal date, car insurance expiry |
| 🏠 Property | Fire insurance, house insurance renewal |
| 📄 Custom Document | Any important renewal (business licence, passport, etc.) |
Setting Up a Vehicle
- Tap + Add Vehicle
- Enter your plate number (e.g.
WXY 1234) - Add the road tax expiry date and insurance expiry date
- Tap Save
EzPz will send you a reminder 30 days before each expiry date via:
- Push notification (app)
Editing or Removing an Asset
- Edit: Tap the asset card → tap the Edit (✏️) icon → update dates → Save
- Remove: Tap the asset card → tap Delete → confirm
Deleting an asset removes all associated reminders permanently.
Reminder Schedule

Reminders are sent by our automated system daily at 9:00 AM MYT.
Privacy
Your Life Admin data is private to your account only. It is not shared with sellers, vendors, or other users. You can delete all your Life Admin data at any time from Settings → Delete Account (which purges all your data under Malaysia's PDPA).
