Getting Started & Accounts

Welcome to EzPz – Malaysia's all-in-one marketplace for services, cars, and properties.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit ezpz.my and tap Sign Up.
  2. Choose to register with Google or an Email & Password.
  3. Verify your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  4. Complete your profile with your name, phone number, and preferred language.

Account Types

RoleWhat You Can Do
CustomerBrowse listings, request services via the Concierge, track bookings
Car SellerPost and manage car listings, use promotion credits
Property SellerPost and manage property listings, use promotion credits
Service VendorReceive service requests, submit quotes, manage jobs and wallet

Switching to Vendor Mode (Mobile App)

If you are also a registered service vendor, you can switch between Customer Mode and Vendor Mode from your Profile tab in the EzPz mobile app. Your tab bar and available actions will change depending on your active mode.

Updating Your Profile

Visit Profile → Settings → Edit Profile to update:

  • Display name and photo
  • Contact number
  • Notification preferences (push, email, WhatsApp)
  • Privacy settings

Resetting Your Password

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your email for a reset link (valid for 24 hours).
  4. Set your new password and log in.

Deleting Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of all your data under Malaysia's PDPA. Visit Profile → Settings → Delete Account to submit a permanent deletion request. All your listings, messages, and personal data will be wiped within 30 days.
