Use Request Service when you are ready to share the scope, location, preferred timing, and optional photos. The three-step form saves progress on your device and prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send.

Use AI Chat for guidance about EzPz services, cars, properties, and platform workflows. AI responses may be incomplete, so confirm important details in the request flow or with the EzPz team. Never share passwords, payment details, identity numbers, or private documents in AI Chat.

You can also choose WhatsApp EzPz directly without completing the request form. WhatsApp shares your number only after you send the prepared message.

1. Submit A Clear Request

Choose a service, describe the work, add the location and timing, and attach helpful reference material. Review the request before submitting.

2. EzPz Reviews Eligibility

EzPz checks completeness, geography, safety, supplier capacity/compliance, Synergik's permitted CIDB scope, and contract-value limits. Some requests may remain lead handoffs or require manual review.

3. Suppliers Quote Synergik

Suitable suppliers may submit commercial quotes to Synergik. EzPz reviews scope, exclusions, timing, supplier compliance, and price.

4. Synergik Quotes You

For eligible principal-contractor work, the customer quote is issued by Synergik Group Sdn. Bhd. Supplier cost and internal gross margin are not customer-facing. Review the Synergik scope, total, expiry, and terms before accepting.

Online quote acceptance and customer payment are temporarily unavailable. Never send payment credentials through chat, WhatsApp, or email.

5. Delivery And Completion

A provider-confirmed payment will later create the booking and supplier work order. The supplier records required evidence. Confirm completion only when satisfied, or raise an issue promptly.

6. Variations, Refunds, And Supplier Payment

Additional work requires a separate approved variation. Customer refunds and Synergik's supplier payable are separate outcomes. Listing credits cannot be used for service payment or refunds.
