Ad Credits

EzPz does not use preloaded customer balances or reusable credits for managed service payments.

Ad credits are non-cash promotional entitlements for sellers and agencies. They are only for listing promotion features such as bumps, featured placement, highlights, urgent badges, promoted slots and eligible lead unlocks.

Ad credits:

• are not cash balances;
• are not customer service payments;
• are not money held for a job;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• cannot be transferred outside an eligible agency allocation;
• cannot be refunded as cash unless required by applicable law for the underlying purchase;
• cannot be used to pay for services;
• are not stored-value or e-money balances.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can credits pay for services? No. Credits are only for ads/listings/promotions.

Can a supplier receive credits instead of payment? No. Supplier invoices and Synergik accounts payable are separate from ad credits.

Where does a service refund go? An approved service refund follows the recorded customer-refund process. It never becomes ad credit.
