Seller Verification And Onboarding
EzPz reviews seller applications to improve marketplace trust. A normal customer account remains available for browsing, saving, enquiries, and service requests while a seller application is under review.
Apply To Become A Seller
- Create or sign in to your EzPz account.
- Start the relevant Car Seller or Property Seller application.
- Provide accurate identity or business details, address, contact information, and seller type.
- Upload the requested verification documents. Companies, dealers, and agencies may need business-registration evidence; property agents may need professional or agency information.
- Accept the Terms and Privacy Notice / PDPA Notice, then submit the application.
EzPz may request more information, approve, reject, or suspend an application based on the category, documents, fraud or safety checks, and applicable operating rules. Approval is required before protected listing features are unlocked.
Agency And Team Features
If you request an agency account, EzPz must approve the underlying car or property seller application first. An approved principal can then create the agency workspace and invite up to three members initially.
Each invitation:
- is tied to one normalized email address;
- expires after seven days;
- must be shared by the principal using its secure link; and
- can only be accepted by a signed-in account with the matching verified email.
Agency subscriptions, paid seat upgrades, shared credit pools, credit transfers, and custom profile entitlements are not available. The team-size question is an operational estimate and does not change the server-owned seat limit.
