📸 Being Honest: Rules for Sellers

We want buyers to trust what they see on EzPz. To make sure our app stays clean and entirely free of scams, sellers must follow these simple honesty rules regarding their Ads.

What is NOT Allowed Here? 🚫

We strictly ban the following from being sold on EzPz:

• Stolen cars or vehicles with fake/scratched-off VIN numbers.
• Houses or land that you do not actually own or have the legal right to sell.
• Any vehicle with illegal modifications that JPJ will not approve.

No "Bait-and-Switch" Tricks

If you post a picture of a Car, you better actually be selling that exact Car!

• No Fake Prices: If you try to post a car for "RM 1" just so it shows up at the top of the search results, our robot will immediately delete your Ad and give your account a warning.
• No Stock Photos: Don't download a picture of a brand-new house from Google and pretend it's yours. Use real photos you took yourself.
• Honest Mileage: Check your dashboard! Do not lie and say a car has 20,000 KM if it actually has 120,000 KM!

If a buyer goes to look at a car, realizes you lied about it, and emails hi@ezpz.my to report you, your seller account will be paused while we investigate.

Do Not Post the Same Ad Twice

• No Sponging: Do not post 4 different Ads for the exact same Honda Civic. You are not allowed to trick the search bar!
• Our smart robot automatically checks photo codes and VIN numbers. If it catches you posting duplicates, it will delete them.
• If you simply want your Ad to show up higher on Page 1, use the Promotion Center to buy a "Bump" instead!
