How EzPz Managed Payment Protects Service Payments
Your service payment follows managed service checkout, completion review, and scheduled payout. Here's how the flow works.
What Is EzPz Managed Payment?
**EzPz Managed Payment is the protected payment flow for eligible managed service bookings.** It gives customers a completion review path and gives vendors a scheduled payout path after release.
How It Works (Step by Step)
1. **You book a service** and make payment through EzPz
2. **Your service payment is protected** through managed service checkout
3. **The vendor does the job** knowing eligible funds move through payment release controls
4. **You confirm completion** by tapping "Job Done" in the app
5. **Eligible funds move to payout settlement** after confirmation, admin release, or the 5-day completion review window
If anything goes wrong, you can raise a hold or dispute before release.

Is My Money Safe?
