EzPz Web Launch: Requests and Quotes First
What customers and vendors can use now, and why online payments remain temporarily unavailable.
What Is Available Now?
EzPz currently supports public service discovery, account creation, service requests, vendor quotation workflows, listings, and support.
How The Current Flow Works
1. **Submit a service request** with enough scope and location information
2. **EzPz reviews and routes the request** to suitable vendors where available
3. **Vendors submit quotations** describing scope, exclusions, timing and price
4. **You review the quotations** and ask questions or request revisions
Online quotation acceptance, checkout, advertising-credit purchases, online refunds, and supplier bank payments are disabled during this release.
Why Are Payments Disabled?
EzPz is completing its payment-provider, operational, legal and tax setup before enabling customer collection, customer refunds, or supplier bank payments. The web release fails closed: missing configuration cannot silently activate payment functions.
What Should Users Do?
Use EzPz for discovery, requests and quotation review. Do not send card details or bank credentials through chat, and do not assume EzPz is holding funds. Updated payment terms will be published before online payments are enabled.
Frequently Asked Questions
