Your payment doesn't go to the vendor until you say it's done. Here's exactly how our escrow system works, step by step.


What Is Escrow?


**Escrow means your money is held safely by EzPz — not by the vendor — until you confirm the job is complete.** If the vendor doesn't show up or does poor work, you get your money back. It's that simple.


How It Works (Step by Step)


1. **You book a service** and make payment through EzPz

2. **Your money is held** in a secure escrow account (powered by Stripe)

3. **The vendor does the job** knowing the funds are guaranteed

4. **You confirm completion** by tapping "Job Done" in the app

5. **Funds are released** to the vendor within 24 hours


If anything goes wrong, you can raise a dispute before releasing payment.


What Happens If There's a Problem?


If the work isn't satisfactory:

  • **Raise a dispute** within 48 hours of job completion
  • Our support team reviews the case within 24 hours
  • Possible outcomes: **full refund**, **partial refund**, or **redo the service**

    Yes. EzPz uses **Stripe** for payment processing — the same system used by Shopify, Grab, and thousands of global companies. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
