By accessing and using EzPz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use EzPz for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Listing Guidelines
All listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines.
5. AI Services
Our AI Concierge and matching services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about their accuracy or completeness.
6. Limitation of Liability
EzPz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
